(Mandatory Before Ordering a Custom Set)
To ensure every custom press‑on nail set fits perfectly, a completed sizing kit is required before any custom set will be made.

 

Best Practice
It is strongly recommended that you order and complete a sizing kit and have your sizes confirmed with me before submitting your custom set order. This prevents delays and ensures your set is made accurately.

How It Works
A sizing kit must be purchased before ordering a custom set.

You must complete the kit and submit your recorded sizes.

I will confirm your sizes with you before production begins.

No custom work begins until sizing is confirmed.

Sizing kits are the only accepted method for determining nail sizes.

Photos, measurements, or guesses are not accepted.

Orders without submitted sizing results will remain on hold.

If You Do Not Complete Your Sizing Kit
If you fail to complete and submit your sizing kit results, your custom set order will be cancelled.

The custom set portion of your payment will be refunded.

The sizing kit fee is non‑refundable.

No work begins on custom sets until sizing is confirmed, so only the sizing kit fee is retained.

Sizing Kit Refunds & Conditions
Sizing kits are non‑refundable.

If you choose not to proceed with a custom set after purchasing a sizing kit, the sizing kit fee will not be refunded.

Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free remakes.

If sizing results are not submitted within a reasonable timeframe, your custom order may be cancelled, but the sizing kit fee remains non‑refundable.

Quality Assurance
If your order arrives with a mistake on my end, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos.
If confirmed, I will remake the affected nails at no additional cost.

Remakes
If incorrect sizes were submitted by the customer, remake sets are available at a discounted remake price.
Shipping fees apply.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non‑refundable.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can be used on sizing kits, custom sets, remakes, and accessories.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
