By placing an order, you agree to the following:

 

1. Mandatory Sizing Kit
A sizing kit must be completed and submitted before any custom set is made.
If the sizing kit is not completed, the custom set portion of the order will be refunded, but the sizing kit fee is non‑refundable.

 

2. Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate sizing kit results.
Incorrect sizes submitted by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free remakes.

 

3. Payment
Full payment is required at checkout.
Gift cards may be used but cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

4. Order Changes
Changes to designs, lengths, or shapes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, changes may not be possible.

 

5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours, provided work has not begun.
Sizing kit fees remain non‑refundable.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of the business owner and may not be copied or reproduced.

 

7. Gift Cards
Non‑refundable
Non‑transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be used before expiry
